Get help with signing in, your member profile, QR identification, check-in history, or permanent account deletion.

Contact support

Email support@highlife2020.com or call (912) 463-4681. Include a short description of the problem and the email address connected to your account. Never send your password.

Password reset

  1. Open High Life Member and choose Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address connected to your account.
  3. Open the password-reset email and follow its instructions.
  4. Return to the app and sign in with the new password.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Sign in and open Profile.
  2. Select Delete Account Permanently.
  3. Read the confirmation and approve permanent deletion.

This permanently deletes your app account and associated personal data, subject only to records we must retain for legal obligations.

Service scope

High Life Member is limited to member identification and voluntary in-store check-in history. It does not offer ordering, checkout, delivery, product sales, promotions, discounts, or rewards.
